① GTR power transistor (Giant Transistor):
GTR i.e. bipolar transistor of the power transistor (bipolar transistor), which is the so-called bipolar current from the two kinds of electrons and holes formed in the carrier. Generally use a Darlington 24 volt inverters configuration. Its advantages are: high current density and low saturation voltage. Its disadvantage in that the advantages of the MOSFET (see below).
