Inverter varieties and their classification

1, according to AC power inverter output frequency can be divided into frequency inverters, frequency counter and a high-frequency inverter . The inverter frequency is 50 ~ 60Hz frequency inverter ; common IF frequency inverter is 400Hz to ten KHz; ordinary high-frequency inverter frequency is more than ten KHz to MHz.
2, according to the number of phases of the inverter output can be divided into single-phase inverter , three-phase  car power inverter  and multiphase inverter.
3 , according to the whereabouts of the inverter output power can be divided into active and passive inverter inverter . Where will the power inverter output power to industrial inverters walks , called active inverter ; Where the inverter output power to the inverter output of a power load is called passive inverter devices .
4, according to the way the inverter main circuit can be divided into single-ended inverter, inverter push-pull , half-bridge and full-bridge inverter inverter .
5, according to the type of the main inverter switching devices can be divided into thyristor inverter transistor of the inverter , the  pure sine wave inverters  and the field effect insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) inverter and the like. It can be attributed to \ semi -controlled \ inverters and \ full control \ inverter two categories. 6 , according to the DC power supply can be divided into a voltage source  DC power inverters  (VSI) and current source inverter (CSI). 8, according to the inverter control methods can be divided into Frequency Modulation (PFM) type inverter and pulse width modulation (PWM) inverter.
9 , according to the inverter switching circuit task methods can be divided into resonant inverter, fixed-frequency hard switching inverter and fixed- frequency soft switching inverter.
10 , according to the inverter commutation methods can be divided into load commutation inverters and self- commutation inverters.
